United States Military Gets Free Calling to the US with Google Voice

Since today is Memorial Day I thought I would share how our men and women serving our country overseas can make calls to the United States for free using Google Voice. They can also get apps for their cell phones so they can use Google Voice right from their cell phone. They can also send text messages to their loved ones. The only requirement other than a United States Military (.mil) address is a Gmail account.

If you have a valid .mil address and would like to make free calls to the US from another country simly go and set up a gmail account at mail.google.com. Then go to www.google.com/chat/voice and activate your account it is a very simple process.
